Pricing

Registered agent service in Georgia: $99/year. It renews automatically each year at $99 unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account.

State fees are shown separately from our fee. We collect them with your order and pay them to the state at cost when we file.

What isn't included

• A virtual mailbox or mail forwarding. Everyday business mail is charged per piece to view, legal letters beyond the 3 a year are charged per piece, junk mail is discarded and packages are refused.
• Filing your annual report. That is a separate service with its own fee plus the state's fee.
• State filing fees of any kind.
• Forming the company, or any amendment or reinstatement filing.

Regarding paperwork and privacy: court papers and Georgia state mail come to us as your agent, and our address on your filings means yours stays out of the public database. We do not run a general mailroom, though. We scan service of process the same business day for free, charge $15 per item to scan anything else, and pass along postage at cost when an original must be mailed.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Registered agent service renews automatically for another year on each renewal date, unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account, or give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal reminders go out about 60 days ahead.

You can cancel at any time from your online account or by contacting support. Cancelling does not by itself remove us as registered agent on the state record; a change of registered agent or resignation filing does that.

Anything already filed with the government is not refundable. Registered agent fees are not refundable once we or our partner have been appointed with the state. State fees are not refundable once paid to the state.
